We are available 24/7 for your guests to answer any or call a vendor when needed. We have a dedicated admin team monitoring calls and inquiries all the time so guests are answered promptly.
We partner with a cleaning company to make sure your rental is always clean, sanitized and ready for you or your next guests. We provide consumables such as paper products and soaps.
We optimize prices regularly based on the season and current events to make sure your occupancy rate is high and to boost your profitability. We use industry pricing tools to get more accurate data and forecasting
We provide a full range of maintenance services, from simple fixes to more in depth issues with reasonable rates. We are always in communication with Owners on any larger projects and even assist in getting bids on work to be done.
We do a full inventory of your home before we list and between bookings. Houses are allocated a Property Manager to inspect the cleanliness after cleaning, handle maintenance or any items that may be damaged or needs replacing. Our Property Managers are highly trained and have specific checklists when inspecting a home as to not miss anything. We take care of your home as if it were ours.
We are happy to "spruce up" your home with some décor to make it more eye-catching to potential guests, purchase some items that you may need to for the entire home. We also work with professional Stagers & Designers to fully furnish your home.
